The Senior Test Management Support professional will lead and support new and ongoing projects for the Special Programs Office at Tinker AFB. This role requires mastery of the DoD acquisition process and experience with acquisition policy, including acquisition streamlining, integrated weapon systems management, test and evaluation, manning, best practices, and lessons learned. Duties and Responsibilities: * Oversee day-to-day management of: * Planning, executing, and reporting test activities on behalf of the program office * Integrating with multiple stakeholders-from vendors to test execution agents * Coordinating test planning working groups and logistical requirements * Leading development of test plans, including security and transportation plans * Reviewing vendor test reports * Providing expertise at test events and reviews * Develop and execute a test strategy for all programs aligned with the overall portfolio test strategy * Manage all program test activities, including planning, execution, and reporting * Maintain and update all program test documentation (test plans, priorities, schedules, memorandums, and reports) * Coordinate test planning working groups, logistical requirements, delegations, technical interchanges, and daily interactions between the program office and supporting test, intelligence, and technology organizations * Identify and document test infrastructure requirements on behalf of the Chief of Test, and provide recommendations to ensure optimal test resources are available * Apply systems engineering, test engineering, and test operations expertise to program challenges; advise project leads and engineers on test engineering matters related to complex program efforts * Incorporate digital transformation principles and model-based systems engineering into verification and validation activities * Support the Program Director during major program reviews, inspections, conferences, milestone events, and other executive-level engagements * Manage interactions and build strong relationships with supporting government offices, contractors, and higher headquarters mid- to upper-level staff Minimum Requirements: * MS/MA or higher in a STEM discipline - In lieu of an MS/MA: BS/BA in a STEM discipline plus an MS/MA or equivalent professional degree in any field - In lieu of the above: BS/BA in a STEM discipline plus fifteen (15) years of relevant experience with the DoD, another government agency, or a DoD contractor * Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant DoD, government, or DoD contractor experience (test management experience highly desired) * At least three (3) years of experience in an SAP environment within the last eight (8) years * Ability to travel 25% in support of program activities Preferred Qualifications: * Graduate of a Test Pilot School or equivalent (desired) * At least four (4) years of qualified test and evaluation experience * DAWIA T&E Practitioner certification (desired) #LI-CH1 Interesting Work: Our co-workers support some of the most important and critical programs to our national defense and security.
