Customer Service Representative

We are looking for aCustomer ServiceRepresentative(CSR)for our office inSan Antonio,Texas. The main duties including handling phone calls from our customers and assisting them with their questions or concerns andworking to resolve any problems they raise concerning service or billing. This is a very fast paced position similar to a call center position typically handling 50+ calls a day. This position is a Monday-Friday, hours are Mon-Friday 8:00AM-5PM.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:

• Type 40+ wpm

• Microsoft Officeexperience.

• Experience handling high call volumes.

• Bilingual Spanishpreferred
