Your Impactful Contributions

• Coordinate the timely receipt of essential product samples for each seasonal collection.
• Masterfully track sample arrivals, delays, and receiving information, maintaining impeccable records.
• Organize and manage samples with precision, ensuring product information is readily accessible to the entire team.
• Serve as a vital communication link, partnering with merchandising teams to provide real-time updates on sample status, expected arrivals, and any potential delays.
• Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with brand and cross-functional partners.
• Compile comprehensive product copy and fact sheets by synthesizing information from diverse systems and sources.
• Maintain meticulously organized tracking documents, spreadsheets, and product records.
• Provide essential day-to-day operational support to the broader merchandising and product teams.
• Actively assist with special projects and various administrative or coordination needs as assigned.
• Proactively follow up on missing, delayed, or incomplete information, playing a critical role in keeping seasonal timelines on track.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• Proven experience in sample coordination, merchandising, product coordination, product development, or a closely related operational role.
• Exceptional organizational skills coupled with an unwavering attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience in tracking physical products, samples, inventory, or product information.
• The ability to expertly manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines within a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and diligent follow-up skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams.
• Comfort and proficiency in working with spreadsheets, databases, and various business systems.
• A proactive approach to identifying issues, communicating them effectively, and driving them to resolution.
• A collaborative, self-directed mindset with a genuine willingness to champion broader team initiatives.

What Will Set You Apart

• Experience within the apparel, footwear, accessories, fashion, retail, consumer products, or product development sectors.
• Familiarity with supporting seasonal product calendars or development cycles.
• Understanding of product lifecycle or sample-tracking systems.
• Advanced Excel or spreadsheet proficiency.
• Experience in creating detailed product documentation, fact sheets, or product information materials.
• A Bachelor's degree in merchandising, fashion, business, product development, or a related field is a valuable asset.
