Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday-Thursday), 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (Friday)

Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.



Experience Requirements


  • Minimum 2 years of mechanical assembly experience
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions in English
  • Experience using hand tools and pneumatic/electric tools
  • Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills


Job Duties


  • Assemble mechanical and electrical products and subassemblies using hand, electric, and pneumatic tools
  • Follow manufacturing instructions and established assembly procedures
  • Perform tasks such as arranging, grouping, taping, sealing, welding, and packaging products
  • Inspect materials and report quality concerns to supervisors
  • Complete production tasks according to manufacturing schedules
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Perform basic counting and simple mathematical calculations as needed


Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Mechanical Assembler.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
  • Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
