Schedule: Fully on-site, Monday thru Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM (hours may vary)

Summary:

The Sales coordinator assists in the promotion and direction of the marketing or service activities, improvement of company's product image, market data, and information.

Responsibilities:

* Investigates market conditions and facilities to determine time, place, type of sale, and whether items shall be sold individually or in lots.

* Coordinates representatives who may call on existing or potential customers.

* Makes forecasts on anticipated market sales. Submit reports of sales activity and maintains records.

* Promotes satisfactory customer relations. Coordinates advertising and marketing campaigns.

* Provides marketing advice to organizational units.

* Additional duties to be assigned as needed

Requirements:

* Proven track record of sales and negotiating experience

* Bachelor's degree in business, computer sciences, finance, marketing or other relevant field

* 2-4 years experience

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills

* Extensive knowledge of the relevant market/industry

* Advanced presentation abilities

* Good organization and planning

* Networking and relationship building

* Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
