Security Guard Full Time Route Patrol Driver

As a Security Guard Full Time Route Patrol Driver in Saint Paul, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a leading medical technology location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to evolving situations. This is a driving position requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing, laboratory, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and report observations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and assist with maintaining controlled entry to restricted areas.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
