What You'll Do

• Make a meaningful impact by fitting patients with orthopedic braces and providing hands-on education and support.
• Serve as a trusted partner to physicians and clinical staff in delivering exceptional service.
• Manage assigned accounts, ensuring products, inventory, and resources are available when and where they're needed.
• Support seamless patient care through accurate documentation, billing coordination, and regulatory compliance.
• Take ownership of your territory's success by driving key performance metrics and delivering strong operational results.
• Represent Breg every day through professionalism, accountability, and commitment to outstanding patient outcomes.

What You Bring

• Associate degree in a healthcare-related field, healthcare certification, or equivalent experience in patient care, orthotics, athletic training, sports medicine, or DME required.
• Relevant certifications such as ABC Certified Fitter (CFo), BOC, Athletic Training Licensure, or Orthopedic Technologist Certification preferred.
• Familiarity with orthopedic clinics or physician office workflows is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) and comfortable learning new technologies and systems.

Where You'll Work

You'll work in physician offices, hospitals, and clinics, while also supporting activities from a home office and/or local Breg facilities. This role involves regular local travel and requires comfort working in a variety of healthcare settings.

This is a highly mobile, field-based role that requires spending the majority of the workday traveling between customer locations. Candidates should enjoy being on the road, working independently, and managing their day in a dynamic environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to meet hospital and healthcare facility credentialing requirements.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance required.

Compensation

Salary Range $24.00-29.00 USD Hourly. Actual compensation is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and business needs. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all US locations. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
