SUMMARY:

The Postdoctoral Research Fellowship (PDRF) at Brown University/Brown University Health a 1-year fellowship program intended to enhance and support the academic and research development of the appointee. The PDRF will offer a unique opportunity to engage in a mentored research environment and will help the appointee deepen their research expertise, acquire new research skills, and contribute to the academic literature. Appointees will be supervised and mentored by senior scholars and faculty at Brown University and Brown University Health. The fellowship is dedicated to clinical research. No clinical responsibilities are involved.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The accepted applicant will be expected to engage in the following research activities:

Propose and spearhead research projects under faculty mentorship.

Participate in research statistical analyses under the mentorship of our department's statistician.

Publish their research projects in peer-reviewed journals, as well as present at local and national conferences.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

The postdoctoral research fellowship at Brown University/Brown University Health will be awarded to highly motivated scientific applicants with the following eligibility criteria:

Applicants must have completed their doctoral degree within the past 3 years. Exceptions may be considered for applicants who were involved in postdoctoral degrees.

Qualified candidates must have a strong track record of productivity and passion for clinical research. Statistical experience is highly preferred. Scientists and scholars of all nationalities and disciplines may apply.

Pay Range:

$48,068.80-$79,372.80
