Job Summary

The Human Resources Generalist provides day-to-day Human Resources support by partnering with business leaders and employees to administer HR programs and processes. This role assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, time and attendance, policy administration, payroll coordination, and HR projects while ensuring compliance with employment laws and organizational policies. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities



  • Support Human Resources Business Partners with daily Human Resources activities across assigned departments.
  • Assist with implementing Human Resources strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities for production and hourly employees.
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Assist with time and attendance administration.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources shared services and payroll teams to support personnel administration and payroll activities.
  • Provide guidance on Human Resources policies and procedures while escalating complex issues as appropriate.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
  • Participate in Human Resources projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate Human Resources records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and organizational procedures.
  • Promote a positive employee experience through responsive and professional support.
  • Perform additional Human Resources duties as assigned.


Job Requirements



  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Human Resources, Human Resources Administration, or a related Human Resources role.
  • Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and Human Resources administration.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Human Resources processes and U.S. employment regulations.
  • Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources information systems preferred.


Education



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
