As a Security Officer Full Time Badge Patrol in Prince George, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control activities. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative Allied Universal team that acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $15.96 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, exterior grounds, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, theft, trespassing, and other security-related concerns.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
