Step into a pivotal role where your expertise will directly shape medication outcomes and revolutionize patient care. As a dedicated professional, you'll provide essential therapy management and in-depth consultations, empowering patients to understand and benefit from their medication regimens. You will be instrumental in driving critical initiatives to enhance patient safety and medication effectiveness, transforming complex medical information into actionable insights. What You'll Do



  • Engage with patients through outbound calls to provide personalized medication support, with an expectation of approximately 100 calls per day.
  • Perform comprehensive medication reviews.
  • Deliver medication therapy management services.
  • Accurately and efficiently transcribe patient-specific prescription and diagnosis information, along with recommendations, into a web-based application to generate personalized patient documents.
  • Participate in continuous learning and training sessions to enhance skills and stay current with best practices.


What You'll Bring



  • A current and valid Pharmacist License in good standing.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a clinical professional specializing in medication therapy management.
  • Familiarity with key quality measures related to medication use and patient safety.
  • A strong understanding of pharmaceutical and medical vocabulary.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in medication review processes.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with technology and various software applications.
  • Self-directed and highly organized.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach and a strong sense of urgency.

  • Management experience.
  • Experience with customer relationship management software.


Important Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment. You must also be able to work on a W-2 basis, as C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position.
