Description

Responsibilities:



  • Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence are paramount
  • Must adhere to Blue Chip Policies and Procedures at all times
  • Serves all guests according to established standards of quality
  • Completes all set-up and closing duties in a timely fashion according to Banquet Event Order
  • Adheres to food and beverage policies and procedures and state liquor laws
  • Relays all guest compliment/complaints to appropriate supervisor
  • Observes diners and responds to additional requests and to determine when meal is completed
  • Demonstrates a courteous, friendly, congenial, polite, professional and efficient attitude
  • Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times
  • Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility
  • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned
  • Performs all relative miscellaneous duties as directed by supervisor/manager.



Compensation:



  • $7.25 per hour.

Qualifications
Experience
ABO is required (preferred)
Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, lift, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat and grasp (preferred)
Ability to handle all types of guest related situations (preferred)
Shift assignments may be irregular, and will cover days, nights, weekends and holidays (preferred)
Communicate (hear, speak, read, and legibly write in English) with and promote positive co-worker and guest interactions, maintain professionalism at all times while working with other employees, departments and guests (preferred)
Must speak, understand English (Required) (required)
Licenses & Certifications
Alc. Beverage Operator (required)
