Lead Security Officer

Responsibilities:

• Circulate through hotel, casino, and outdoor areas looking for possible disturbances, illegal activity, or safety hazards and taking appropriate action
• Responsible for the security of all keys
• Verify that all pertinent log entries have been entered accurately and completely; review all Employee Accident and Incident Reports filed
• Assist security officers with assigned duties when necessary
• Other duties as assigned by management

Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations (preferred)
Strong communication skills with the ability to read and speak English (preferred)
Must be able to bend, push, lift, and carry up to 26 pounds in weight (preferred)
Ability to operate calculators, computers, and money counters for cash and coin (preferred)
Basic Math skills with knowledge of currency (preferred)
Previous money handling/cashiering preferred (preferred)
Must be 21 years of age (preferred)
