Host - Smokey Joe's

Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort restaurant guests to their table based on the number of persons in their party and according to assigned stations
• Answer phones and book reservations utilizing the company reservation system in accordance with established standards
• Process payment transactions in accordance with established procedures
• Assist with station assignments, rotating planning, and opening/closing/securing the room
• Complete side work duties in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner

Must be able to obtain/maintain any other necessary licenses and/or
certifications (preferred)
Must be able to communicate (hear, speak, read, and write) in English (preferred)
Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of a normal shift (preferred)
Must be detail-oriented and highly organized to effectively and efficiently multi-task (preferred)
Must have excellent communication and guest service skills (preferred)
Six (6) months of experience as a host in a high volume and/or fine dining environment preferred (preferred)
