Job Summary The Facilities and Corporate Services Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the organization by ensuring mail services, shipping and receiving, facilities support, document fulfillment, and office operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role serves as a key resource for employees across the organization and helps maintain a productive, well-organized workplace through administrative support, vendor coordination, workspace management, and mail processing activities. The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as relevant experience, peer and market benchmarks, and geographic location. The incumbent in this position is expected to be onsite full-time, five days per week. This position is structured as a temporary-to-hire opportunity. The selected candidate will begin in a temporary capacity, with the potential to transition into a regular position based on business needs, position availability, and demonstrated performance during the assignment.
