Overview

The HRIS Reporting Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) reporting functions. This role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery of HR data and analytics to support business decisions and compliance requirements. The administrator collaborates with HR, IT, and other business units to develop, maintain, and enhance HR reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

Designs, documents, implements, and monitors ad hoc and ongoing reports in HR systems to ensure they accurately reflect internal business requirements and capture required data for business needs.
Plans, designs, develops, tests, deploys, delivers, and maintains HRIS Workday and HR systems reporting across all Workday and HR system modules, including but not limited to HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking and Recruitment.
Provides experienced technical input in the selection of optional features by staying engaged on Workday Community to understand current trends and upcoming feature updates.
Ensure the accuracy, security, and confidentiality of HR data in all reporting activities.
Analyze HR data to identify trends, support decision-making, and fulfill regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with HR and business partners to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Provide technical support and training to HR staff and end-users regarding HRIS reporting tools.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot reporting issues, escalating as needed.
Stay current with HRIS technology updates and best practices to enhance reporting capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $32.66per hour - $56.18per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
