Carle Health is growing, and we're looking for a Breast Imaging Radiologist to join our established Radiology department. We have redesigned Breast Imaging workflow to meet the demands of the 2026 market. Openings available in Peoria, Bloomington-Normal, and Champaign-Urbana, Illinois. Lifestyle

  • Rotations: Work 2 weeks from home / 1 week on-site.
  • Schedule: 100% Breast Imaging. No call, no nights, no weekends, and no holidays.

  • Base Salary: $609,000 (Good faith minimum).
  • Earning Potential: Total compensation range of $609,000 - $750,000 via production and incentive bonuses.

  • PACS: Visage (Server-side rendering for instant loading).
  • Mammography: Hologic units and Stereo table.
  • MRI: Siemens and GE MRIs.
  • Workflow: PowerScribe One and EPIC EMR. RadAI impression generator and robust AI infrastructure.

Requirements

  • ABR Board Certified/Eligible.
  • Fellowship-trained in Breast Imaging OR extensive clinical experience in high-volume breast imaging.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $609,000 - $750,000 annually. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
