Description and Requirements The ISG Communications Leader develops and executes a comprehensive communications strategy that supports Lenovo ISG and Lenovo business priorities, transformation goals, AI leadership positioning, and employee engagement. This leader advises senior executives and turns complex business strategies into clear, compelling narratives that build understanding, alignment, and action across internal and external stakeholders. The role operates at significant global scale, supporting a $20B+ business growing more than 25% year over year, a communications engine generating 10B+ impressions annually, and a high-volume portfolio of tier-one market moments and launches. This role works closely with executive leadership, marketing, HR, public relations, analyst relations, corporate communications and regional communications teams to deliver consistent messaging, strengthen employee engagement, enhance brand reputation, and drive measurable business impact.
