The Lead Medical Education Consultant is a strategic, customer-facing role that partners with sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams to drive adoption and growth of McGraw Hill's medical education solutions across undergraduate and graduate medical education markets. This individual serves as a trusted subject matter expert, leveraging clinical and academic experience to align McGraw Hill products with institutional learning objectives, accreditation standards, and evolving medical curricula while supporting customers throughout the sales cycle. This role also contributes thought leadership, provides market and customer insights to influence product strategy, and represents McGraw Hill at conferences and industry events. Ideal candidates are board-certified physicians with significant faculty experience, strong communication and consultative skills, and a passion for advancing medical education through innovative digital solutions. This role is a remote position, and open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. Candidates should be open to travelling up to 30% of the time. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan will be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
