Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow manufacturing work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Basic computer and communication skills preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or distribution environment.
• Previous forklift certification and forklift operating experience preferred.
• Experience working in fast-paced production settings with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting production goals.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
• Capable of standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to safely move products and materials throughout the facility.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and maintain productivity in a physically demanding environment.

Job Duties:

• Follow all workplace safety policies and maintain a strong commitment to a safe work environment.
• Inspect and monitor manufactured products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Move, organize, and place finished products into designated packaging and storage areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace by following 5S and continuous improvement practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and communicate concerns to supervisors and team members.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and support departments to meet operational goals.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, in accordance with safety procedures when authorized.
• Support production schedules, quality initiatives, and company objectives while maintaining high productivity levels.
• Perform additional warehouse, manufacturing, and production duties as assigned.
