About the Position The Senior Power Platform Engineer will design and implement enterprise-level solutions using the Power Platform, leveraging SDLC principles and best practices. This role focuses on governance and administration strategies, solution architecture, and integrating CI/CD pipelines to ensure scalable and secure deployments. The engineer will collaborate across teams to create and extend Microsoft Teams apps, integrate Microsoft 365 services, and develop conversational AI solutions using Copilot Studio. Experience with Dynamics 365 integration further strengthens the ability to deliver robust, business-focused applications. We Require
At least three years of related experience to include:
Designing, developing, and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions Developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse Administering or supporting enterprise Power Platform environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

Experience establishing governance strategies including DLP policies, environment strategy, security roles, managed solutions, and Center of Excellence (CoE) practices Experience developing Microsoft Teams applications using Power Platform technologies Experience building AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI services Exposure to Dynamics 365 and integrating Power Platform solutions with Dynamics modules Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and best practices Understanding of solution architecture, ALM practices, and CI/CD pipelines within the Power Platform Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.) and integration patterns Familiarity with Power Platform licensing, capacity planning, and tenant administration
Job Contributions
Analyze, modify, configure, test and debug commercial and in-house applications in support of functional requirements Develop applications from conception and design through the implementation phase, and prepare design documentation for programs Responsible to meet customer demands, prioritize workloads, coordinate activities, and ensure that activities comply with industry best practices and Maricopa County standard Assist with user implementation of software applications; prepare system, program and customer guides, and documentation Evaluate work done by programming staff and vendors; ensure project deadlines are met Participate in the development and implementation of processes that improve efficiency and enhance productivity; write and modify operating procedures.

Exerting up to 10 lbs. occasionally or negligible weights frequently; sitting most of the time Position is typically office or administrative work and is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions
