Account Manager Salary - $55,000 - $65,000 annually Position Summary The Account Manager provides operational leadership for assigned contracts and serves as the primary liaison between DPC and its clients. The position is responsible for contract compliance, client satisfaction, financial performance, personnel management, quality assurance, and continuous operational improvement while reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations. Essential Duties * Manage multiple security contracts and operating locations. * Supervise Site Supervisors and security personnel. * Serve as the primary client contact. * Ensure contract compliance and quality assurance. * Oversee staffing, scheduling, recruiting support, and retention. * Review incidents and direct corrective actions. * Manage labor utilization, payroll verification, and operational metrics. * Coordinate emergency response and contract transitions. * Maintain accountability for company equipment and assets. * Perform additional duties assigned by the Vice President of Operations. Minimum Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. * Three years of progressive leadership in security, military, law enforcement, or related field. * Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. * Valid driver's license and ability to travel. * Ability to pass all required background checks and client suitability requirements.
