Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics Combo Office

We are seeking a dynamic Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics practice while delivering an exceptional experience for our patients, families, and team members.

As the Office Manager, you will provide leadership for both our pediatric dental and orthodontic departments, ensuring efficient operations, outstanding customer service, and a positive, team-oriented culture. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about leadership, patient care, and practice growth.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of both the pediatric dental and orthodontic practices.



  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop front and back office team members.



  • Manage hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and employee performance.



  • Promote a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and exceptional patient care.



  • Monitor practice performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.



  • Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA, HIPAA, and operational standards.



  • Partner with doctors and regional leadership to achieve practice goals and support continued growth.



  • Help create a welcoming, family-friendly environment for every patient visit.



Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).



  • Minimum 3 years of office management or leadership experience.



  • Pediatric dental and/or orthodontic management experience strongly preferred.



  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.



  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.



  • Strong financial, operational, and customer service mindset.



  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
