Why this Role Matters The Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) plays a critical role in driving mortgage loan growth for Workers Credit Union by developing and managing relationships with referral partners, including realtors, business partners, past borrowers, and internal team members. As part of a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer's team, the MLO supports the organization's lending goals through exceptional member service and business development efforts. This role is instrumental in expanding Workers' mortgage portfolio by actively engaging with the community, building a strong referral network, and identifying new lending opportunities through networking events and outreach activities both within and outside of the credit union. How You'll Work Hybrid Work Environment: This position offers a hybrid work environment, combining remote work with regular on-site days at the Littleton Headquarters. This work environment is subject to change based on business needs. Compensation Pay Grade: 10 FLSA Status: Exempt Pay Grade Range: $15 per hour + Commission Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted pay grade range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
