Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

Experience Requirements

• 3+ months of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Ability to read basic prints, instructions, and process sheets.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Familiarity with manufacturing systems (AS400 experience a plus).
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.

Job Duties

• Read a print and use the print in the production of a finished part.
• Use a process sheet to aid in the production process.
• Work as a team member in a group setting, such as a work cell (cross-training).
• Identify problems that affect quality and ability to assemble.
• Train new employees in the assembly process.
• Follow and adhere to safety rules and regulations.
