Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One to three years of food-service experience
• Knowledge of basic food-handling and sanitation standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties:

• Set up food stations with utensils, supplies, and signage
• Serve appropriate portions based on standards and dietary requirements
• Assist with basic food preparation
• Greet guests and answer menu questions
• Address customer concerns or refer them to a supervisor
• Operate a cash register or POS system when assigned
• Clean workstations, equipment, and dining areas
• Dispose of food waste and recyclable materials properly
• Follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures
