We have an excitingPurchasingCoordinator opportunity in ourGuymon, OK, processing facility. In this highly impactful role, you will be a key member of the scheduling team.ThePurchasing Coordinatorwillberesponsible forperforming various functions within the purchasing department, including data entry, coordinating purchasing processes for stock and non-stock items, invoice resolution, and analyzing inventory levels. You must also be able to communicate effectively and collaborate with vendors, management, and operations This is an administrative support position that requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes ofpurchasingand inventory-related information accurately.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Create & issue purchase orders ina timelyfashion to ensure proper coding for AP processing.


  • Monitor inventory levels and usage trends tomaintain appropriate stocklevels and support uninterrupted production.


  • Collaborate andassistwarehouse, parts room & PPE departments with order picking, material handling, inventory reconciliation, and scheduled cycle counts.


  • Run routine reports to ensure PO's, Receipts, and GRNI statues areaccurate.


  • Maintain required documentation for food safety compliance.


  • Maintain system data integrity, and ensure entries follow defined nomenclature to support competitive sourcing events.


  • Communicates effectively and collaborates with department leadership and vendors to ensure the position providesa high levelof customer service and accountability


  • Will support warehouse duties occasionally and perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Required:



  • Associate's degree preferred or two years of procurement experience, including mathematics and ability to interpret varying units of measure.


  • One to two years of administrative, clerical,purchasingsupport, inventory control, or customer service experience preferred.


  • Experience in purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations, or materials management in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment is strongly preferred.


  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, advanced Excel skills, or similar applications, and ERP system experience preferred.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Englishrequired, bi-lingual a plus.

Consistently working in an environment ranging from +35 to -20 degrees. The noise level in the work environment is usually at a level that requires the OSHArequiredhearing protection.Required personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
