Position Summary: Parker Fluid Systems Division (FSD) is seeking a Software Engineer to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who has working experience designing, developing and verifying embedded software in aerospace and/or industrial applications. The candidate should be familiar with industry-standard software development and design assurance practices (such as DO-178, ISO 26262, EN 50128, IEC 61508 or IEC 62304) and their application across the entire software development lifecycle. This position is in the Fluid Systems Division (FSD) of Parker Hannifin. To learn more about the Division please visit their site here on Parker.com. Essential Functions: Our charter is to develop fuel measurement, management and inerting systems for commercial and defense airframers. The Software Engineering team works closely with the Systems and Electronic Hardware Engineering teams to develop, qualify and certify these technologies as products for our customers in aerospace and industrial markets.
