OPERATIONS DIRECTOR Position Summary The Operations Director is a key member of the site leadership team, responsible for leading talent, production, quality, and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) to deliver safe, efficient, and fiscally responsible operations. This role collaborates with senior stakeholders to execute business strategy, manage budgets, and ensure the overall performance and success of the site. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $115,000 - $125,000 USD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors. Education
Bachelors (required)
Experience
Experience/knowledge in printing or print tool manufacturing, using industry equipment preferred (preferred)
