POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking an Account Coordinator (Creative Design) to support our Account Team on packaging design projects from start to finish. This is an entry level position that will grow to develop a deep understanding of client goals and assisting with the organizational and administrative aspects needed to meet them. This Account Coordinator will collaborate closely with the internal team to help ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget. This is a hybrid role based in Cincinnati. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $20.00 USD - $22.45 USD hourly. Bachelors of Marketing (required)
Experience
Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills (required)
Basic understanding of effective Creative Design practices, trends, techniques, and processes across one or more touchpoints or mediums (e.g. packaging, in-store, online, mobile, print, direct) (required) High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications (required) 4 years: Years of previous account/project coordination or marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience (required) Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
