Experienced Software Engineer

*Utilizes test-driven development and design techniques to implement unit tests for assigned feature areas or software components.
*Assists product owners with establishing clearly defined requirements and developing user stories.
*Assists product owners with composing technical details for statements of work.
*Recognizes classes of problems and derives applicable solutions.
*Contributes to the formation of engineering standards and software development best practices.

*Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of related experience is required. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
*Knowledge of programming concepts and languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or similar), with the ability to work from detailed specifications.
*Understanding of software testing processes, including test case review, test witnessing, and certification. Knowledge of DevOps culture, practices and tools.
*Knowledge of managing and maintaining third-party application installations and configurations. Ability to identify and resolve fundamental software or system issues.
*Good communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data. Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
*Continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) experience a plus.

Salary: $77,000 - $100,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
