Field Specialist I ALS Do you have a strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in building a career within the oil and gas industry? Fueling your passion: As a Field Specialist I, you will assist in the installation, startup, testing, and retrieval of Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems and associated equipment in oil and water wells. Working under direct supervision, you will support field operations to maximize well productivity and equipment run life while ensuring compliance with Baker Hughes HSE standards and operational procedures. This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity to develop technical expertise through hands-on field experience and product line training. You will work closely with experienced Field Specialists, Service Delivery teams, Operations personnel, and customers to execute safe and efficient field operations. Through collaboration and continuous learning, you will contribute to successful installations, equipment reliability, and customer satisfaction across domestic and international projects.
