Your future role "Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates. You'll play a key role in defining and delivering Testing and Commissioning procedures, tools, and facilities to meet customer acceptance criteria, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (engineering project team, site industrial, warranty implementation, logistics, and validation teams), support the Testing & Commissioning Operations team in implementing procedures, and continuously optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)-and much more." We'll look to you for:
Clear and exhaustive understanding of the Customer Acceptance Criteria.,
Managing the development and supply of test procedures, facilities, and tools for RS sites and depots.,
Ensuring that test procedures and tools configuration are managed during the project lifecycle.,
Defining Standard Operating Procedures with reference time and monitoring deviations.,
Continuously optimizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).,
Implementing Return of Experience (REX) from the Test & Commissioning phase of the project.,
Ensuring interface and fostering collaboration with engineering project teams, Site Industrial, Warranty Implementation teams, Site Logistics, Industrial Support to Warranty teams, Quality, and Site Validation teams.,
Supporting the Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Operations team in implementing and executing Testing Procedures.,
Implementing and deploying methods, tools, and best practices identified at the group level.,
Participating in EHS activities on the shop floor."

Degree in Engineering or equivalent. ,
Experience or understanding of Testing & Commissioning of Electrical, Control, onboard communications & network systems within process industry, railways, or factory automation (minimum 2-3 years). ,
Knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and network systems. ,
Familiarity with high-risk activities related to electrical work and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) requirements. ,
Fluent communication skills in English. ,
Understanding of Lean approach for Industrialization. ,
Result-driven mindset. ,
Ability to foster communications between multiple stakeholders (e.g., product engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial functions).
