What You'll Do * Deliver exceptional service to members and prospective members through in-person and phone interactions. * Assist members with account openings, account maintenance, and financial transactions. * Support consumer, mortgage, home equity, overdraft protection, and credit card applications. * Research and resolve account and loan inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. * Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through additional products and services. * Handle cash transactions and negotiable instruments while maintaining accuracy and compliance. * Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies. * Assist with branch operations, including vault procedures and balancing activities when needed. What We're Looking For * Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. * Experience in customer-facing, banking, retail, hospitality, or call center environments. * Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. * Cash handling or financial services experience is a plus but not required.
