Responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining software and programs for managing Information Technology assets. Identify and manage processes for tracking, updating, quality assurance, and reporting from IT asset records and databases. Responsible for configuring and supporting Microsoft-based infrastructure, enterprise application installation, configuration, design, and troubleshooting. Consult with support teams, help desks, customers, and other technical staff in the resolution of problems, coordinate and operate maintenance activities for workstations, identify recurring issues, and recommend steps to reduce the severity or frequency of problems. Demonstrates technical expertise through maintaining primary technical programming skills for the assigned job, developing new skills as required, developing guidelines and standards, and establishing best practices. Manage and maintain area systems that include inventory, licensing, patching, deployment, and reporting. Creates plans for the transition of development and production environments to new technologies, utilizes system software to monitor the performance of system files, manages system data to maintain performance efficiencies, and studies system requirements to determine proper installation methods and procedures. Provide data analysis and reporting on various processes, including update compliance, computer hardware, mobile hardware, software utilization, and other areas as required. Responsible for managing software availability to support groups and customers. Oversees work efforts of junior administrators and mentor's new administrators. Tasks and Responsibilities

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business, Management, Financial, or other quantitative field and extensive related experience. Required Certifications
Working Environment
General office and sedentary. Ability to travel to and from client meetings, training sessions, and other business-related events. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.
After hours work may be required. Overnight travel may be required. Physical Demands
Requires manual dexterity, sitting, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Must be able to exert or lift up to 20 pounds.
