Contract Attachment Specialist (COC)
What you will be doing: The CoC Contract Attachment Specialist is responsible for accurate contract data entry, timely submission of contract attachment paperwork or information to vendors and distributors, and disciplined follow-up to secure approvals. This role owns the submission of attachment requests to vendors, drives the feedback and approval cycle to closure, and maintains accurate, real-time records in the organization's CRM and case management systems. This position is executionfocused and supports Implementation, Sales, and Connectivity teams by ensuring contract attachment activity is timely, compliant, and auditready. Key Responsibilities 1.Contract Submission (40%)
Submit contract attachment paperwork or required information to suppliers and distributors through approved portals, email, or intake channels by established SLA. Coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to resolve any pre-submission issues prior to submission to supplier. Validate required submission elements (e.g., site listing, contract number, tier, identifiers) prior to submission. Manage professional, persistent outreach across a high volume of vendor contacts; comfortable managing follow-up cycles through to closure.

2. Supplier Follow-up (40%)
Monitor and track supplier acknowledgments, counterproposals, and approval or rejection decisions for all outstanding submissions. Execute supplier follow-ups in accordance with defined SLA. Obtain written confirmation of supplier approval, rejection, or pending status. Escalate overdue or unresponsive supplier submissions per established escalation standards.

Supplier Follow-up Timeliness (%) Percentage of cases with supplier followup completed on or before the defined FollowUp By date. Average Cycle Time (Business Days) Average time from request intake to final supplier disposition (approved or not approved).
3. Case, Contract Attachment & Implementation Record Documentation (10%)
Maintain clear, accurate, and complete documentation across all required records, including:
Case Records: request details, submission dates, followupdates, status updates, and supplier communications. Contract Attachment Records: attachment status, effective dates, approval outcomes, and nonapproval rationales. Implementation Records: alignment of contract attachment activity to implementation milestones, identifiers, and outcomes
Ensure all records reflect the full lifecycle of the request from intake through resolution. Update records contemporaneously to provide realtime visibility to internal stakeholders. Place cases on hold and return to requestors when required data is missing or inaccurate, clearly documenting deficiencies and required corrective actions.

4. Quality, Compliance & Audit Readiness (10%)
Adhere to all SOPs, documentation standards, and SLA requirements. Ensure all activity is traceable, repeatable, and auditready. Support internal quality reviews, reporting requests, and audits related to contract attachment and implementation alignment. Identify recurring documentation or submission issues and escalate trends to leadership.

Preferred Qualifications Skills:
2+ years of experience in contract operations, procurement, or a GPO-facing role. Experience using automation platforms and scripting tools a plus.
Bias for action and comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Disciplined habit of documenting all touchpoints - calls, emails, portal actions - as structured case activities rather than informal notes.
Ability to manage highvolume, repeatable work accurately. Strong time management and SLA adherence Proficiency in maintaining accurate, real-time CRM records; strong data hygiene habits. Clear written communication for internal and external correspondence

Premier's compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier's internal salary range for this role is $52,000 - $78,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
