Requirements Zero to one year of manufacturing experience preferred Ability to work in a clean-room environment Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality Availability for overtime Willingness to cross-train and help in other areas Ability to recognize when additional training is needed Job Duties Follow route sheets and customer specifications Unwrap, clean, wash, and rewrap optical components Adjust equipment for standard parts Cut plastics and shields Inspect tooling before use Clean and foil machines Identify and report nonconforming products Complete production documentation Review upcoming production schedules Organize work areas to maintain production flow Care for assigned tools and equipment Maintain a clean work area Suggest process improvements Perform additional duties as assigned Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
