Schedule:Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Duties:

As a Accounts Payable Clerk, your day will include maintaining accurate records, entering and verifying numbers across multiple systems, and supporting the team with reconciliations and clean financial data. Your consistency helps the entire department run smoothly.

Requirements

• Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains experience strongly preferred
• High-volume data-entry experience
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Electronic filing and document-management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance
• Ability to commit to the full one-month assignment

Job Duties

• Enter vendor invoices and payment requests
• Process information in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains
• Verify amounts, coding, vendor information, and approval status
• Compare invoices with supporting documentation
• Maintain electronic files for invoices and receipts
• Organize supporting financial records
• Assist with basic reconciliation tasks
• Provide administrative support to the Finance and Accounting team
• Protect confidential financial information
