Job Description

We are seeking a senior transformation leader to modernize the operating model, workflows, platforms, and capabilities that enable our Global Brand organization to deliver work at global scale. As the Senior Director, Global Brand Management Systems & Operations, your mission is to strip out operational friction, drive global platform adoption, and lead the practical integration of AI, automation, and agent-enabled workflows to scale our brand's global impact. You will ensure our Brand teams globally have the workflows, tools, and capabilities required to operate with greater speed, clarity, consistency, and confidence while protecting our brand equity.

Reporting to the Vice President, Global Brand Management, this leader is responsible for improving how the Global Brand organization executes its work, from the platforms that support brand content and governance, to the workflows that move ideas from brief to market, to the practical use of AI within approved brand processes. This leader will own the Global Brand transformation roadmap for workflows, brand platforms, content systems, and approved AI use cases. They will define business requirements, prioritize use cases and pilots, establish adoption standards, recommend governance improvements, and provide executive visibility into progress, barriers, and value delivered. This leader will also help Global Brand move from individual tool adoption to connected, governed operating systems that improve how brand work is created, reviewed, scaled, and measured.

The Senior Director will lead a focused expert team and partner across Marketing, Product, Technology, Legal, Privacy, Creative, agencies, Sourcing, and regional teams to improve how work is planned, created, reviewed, approved, stored, reused, adapted, and scaled.

The ideal candidate has led transformation inside a large, complex marketing, brand, creative, content, or marketing operations environment. They know how enterprise marketing work actually gets done and have a record of improving workflows, platforms, governance, adoption, and organizational capability at scale.

The role is expected to improve speed to market, increase reuse of approved assets, reduce duplicative effort, strengthen content governance, and increase the value the organization receives from its brand platforms and approved AI capabilities.

Architect the Global Brand Operations

  • Redesign the end-to-end workflows that bring our brand to life. Modernize priority workflows across planning, briefing, creative development, approval, localization, asset delivery, reuse, and measurement to build a more connected, scalable, and measurable brand content supply chain.

  • Eliminate operational drag between internal brand teams, in-house studios, and external creative agencies.

Lead Brand AI Enablement & Innovation

  • Serve as the Global Brand business lead for identifying, prioritizing, testing, and scaling approved AI use cases within brand workflows.

  • Apply AI agents, automation, context-aware workflows, and evaluation loops where they can reduce manual effort, improve decision quality, and strengthen consistency without removing human judgment or enterprise controls.

  • Identify and scale practical AI use cases that automate asset adaptation, accelerate creative workflows, improve reuse, and create measurable operational leverage.

  • Partner with Legal, Privacy, Security, Risk, and enterprise AI governance teams to translate approved AI standards into practical guidance, playbooks, and workflows for Global Brand teams.

Drive Brand Platform Strategy, Adoption, and Value

  • Serve as the Global Brand business owner for requirements, adoption, governance, and value realization across key brand platforms, including DAM, creative workflow, approval systems, and brand portals.

  • Partner with IT and Marketing Technology teams to translate high-level brand and creative strategy into actionable technology roadmaps.

Drive Global Capability Building & Change Leadership

  • Lead the change management, training, adoption, and capability-building required to help brand, creative, and marketing teams adopt new workflows, platforms, and approved AI-enabled ways of working.

  • Shift organizational behavior by proving that new workflows, systems, and AI-enabled capabilities make the work better and faster, not simply cheaper.

  • Lead transformation portfolio reporting, executive updates, cross-functional governance, and adoption scorecards that make progress, barriers, and business impact visible.

  • Success will be measured by reduced workflow cycle time, increased platform adoption, improved asset reuse, reduced duplicate work, stronger content governance, practical adoption of AI-enabled and agent-enabled workflows, and improved stakeholder satisfaction.

  • The right leader will be an enterprise operator, systems thinker, and change leader with strong credibility across marketing, creative, technology, legal, agencies, and senior executives.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
