Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.


Preferred

  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or B2B sales environments.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or sales tracking tools.
  • Previous experience managing customer accounts or generating new business opportunities.


Training & Development

The successful candidate will receive comprehensive onboarding and hands-on training, including:



  • Product and industry education.
  • Training on manufacturing processes and material flow.
  • Exposure to operations and shop-floor activities to better understand customer requirements.
  • Guidance on product capabilities and applications.
  • Ongoing mentorship and support from experienced sales and operational leaders.


No prior industry-specific experience is required; training will be provided.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary (target range around $60,000 annually).
  • Monthly commission opportunities based on sales growth and profitability.
