Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance experience is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to safely use common cleaning equipment, tools, and cleaning products.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently while following cleaning schedules and established procedures.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Dependable work habits and a commitment to maintaining clean, professional facilities.

• Clean warehouse areas using brooms, power scrubbers, sweepers, and vacuum equipment
• Maintain dock areas, freezer areas, break rooms, and other workspaces
• Remove and dispose of trash throughout the facility daily
• Ensure trash receptacles remain clean and sanitary
• Clean associate break rooms and common areas
• Repair damaged pallets as needed
• Move and adjust office furniture when required
• Monitor pest control systems and report concerns to management
• Remove ice and snow from walkways and parking areas during winter months
• Keep company grounds free of litter and debris
• Wash and sweep trailers and railcars as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely push, pull, and maneuver cleaning carts and equipment.
• Ability to work in a variety of indoor environments while following established safety procedures.
