We're looking for an exceptional Technical Program Manager (TPM) to help lead the execution of next-generation AI capabilities supporting the Department of Defense. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, mission operations, and executive leadership, ensuring highly technical programs deliver measurable operational outcomes. About the Role Redhorse transforms the way government uses data and technology. To support this mission, we are seeking an AI Enterprise Technical Program Manager to lead the execution of next-generation AI and graph analytics capabilities for the Department of Defense. This role sits at the critical intersection of engineering, mission operations, and executive leadership. You will be responsible for transforming strategic national security objectives into scalable, operational AI solutions that enable analysts and decision-makers to move faster and operate with greater confidence. The salary range provided for this position represents the anticipated base salary for successful candidates. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, security clearance level, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in Redhorse's comprehensive benefits programs and may be eligible for performance-based or other incentive compensation, where applicable.
