  Responsibilities

  
  
  
  
  • Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions
  • Provide analytics and reporting services; help improve and automate transaction processing systems
  • Advise internal teams to ensure timely delivery of service and/or resolution of issues
  • Participate in product development, enhancements, and system testing to support accurate and efficient processing of high-value transactions

  Qualifications

  
  
  
  
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 0-3 years of total work experience preferred
  • Brokerage processing experience preferred
  • Loan operations experience in a financial services setting preferred
  • Any required local/regional licenses or certifications (as applicable)
  • Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and similar business applications
