• Deliver outstanding client support via phone and email.
• Resolve client inquiries from start to finish.
• Guide clients to appropriate banking and investment solutions.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, FINRA, and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong client relationships while maintaining the highest standards of service and compliance.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 0-2 years of customer service experience (financial services or investments preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) licenses are REQUIRED.
