Position HighlightsLocation: Gloucester, Massachusetts Contract Length: 18 Months Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour First Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Second Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (+10% Shift Differential) Fourth Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (+11% Shift Differential)What You Will Be Doing Receive, store, move, and control materials in and out of company facilities. Maintain stock balances and coordinate shortage resolution. Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies. Track and communicate material status across departments. Support manufacturing operations through inventory management and material movement. Operate material handling equipment and small hand tools safely. What You Need to Bring Experience loading and unloading materials from trucks or vehicles. Ability to use hand tools and material handling equipment. Understanding of inventory control, stock balances, and shortage management. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Why Work Through Yoh?
