| Position Summary |
The Executive, Professional and Online
EPOMBA Program office seeks an Associate Director of
EPOMBA Alumni Engagement & Rankings to lead a high-impact function at the intersection of alumni relations, data strategy, and global rankings performance. This role is responsible for building lifelong relationships with
EPOMBA graduates while designing and executing a data-driven strategy that strengthens the school's position in leading
EPOMBA rankings (Financial Times, QS, U.S. News & World Report, Bloomberg Businessweek).
This is a highly visible, cross-functional leadership role that connects alumni engagement directly to institutional reputation, requiring both strategic thinking and operational excellence.

- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Oversee alumni communications, digital platforms, and engagement campaigns to drive participation and connection
- Build and support regional alumni chapters and volunteer leadership structures
- Serve as a point of contact for alumni relations within the EPOMBA program

- Partner across EPOMBA to align rankings strategy with program priorities

- Generate insights and recommendations to inform program improvements and rankings positioning
