Key Responsibilities Replenish inventory to designated shelving locations accurately and efficiently Pick and pack parts for same-day air and FedEx shipments Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipment details to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Consistently meet or exceed daily production and performance goals Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines Equipment & Tools Mouse carts RF scanners and computer systems Opportunity for training and certification on powered industrial equipment, including: Tugger OPR (Order Picker) Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Frequent walking up and down stairs Ability to lift, carry, and move parts as required Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable with strong work ethic Willingness to learn and operate warehouse equipment Ability to meet productivity and performance standards
