Cumberland County Utilities Authority is
accepting applications for a full time
Operations Manager with Excellent benefits. The Operations Manager is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and supervising the daily operations of the Cumberland County Utilities Authority's wastewater treatment plant, sludge processing, collection system,
solid waste operations, maintenance activities, and related facilities. The Operations Manager ensures that all operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all federal, state, and local environmental regulations while supporting the Authority's mission of protecting public health and the environment. This position provides leadership to management and operational staff, oversees operational budgets, coordinates capital improvement projects, and works closely with engineering, regulatory agencies, and administrative personnel to achieve Authority goals. Must hold a S3
& C3 license, be self-motivated & have ability
to manage multiple responsibilities & projects concurrently is essential. Exempt position.
