The Borough of Coraopolis, Allegheny County, PA (population 5,600) is seeking applications for the position of Borough Manager to manage an annual budget of $5 to $6 million and as much as $8 million depending on grant expenditures, with three departments and 22 employees. The Borough has an eight-person Council and a Mayor. Qualified candidates should have a bachelors degree in business or public administration, or related field; three to five years of progressively responsible professional experience in municipal government or other public sector management that includes financial management, budgeting, planning, personnel management, and public works, equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Candidate must be eligible to be bonded immediately. Candidate shall have a valid Pennsylvania drivers license and a safe driving This full-time position pays $85,000-$115,000 that will be commensurate with experience and knowledge, plus pension, paid holidays and vacations.
