York Country Day School is seeking a full-time Teacher Aide to join our well-established Early Childhood team. The Teacher Aide maintains and contributes to an exceptional learning environment for students aged 2 1/2 through 4 years.

The Teacher Aide participates fully in the life of the school, including collaborating with the team in a mission-driven environment. We are looking for an experienced, highly qualified, and energetic teacher aide as an addition to the YCDS Lower School faculty for the 2026-2027 school year.
